Kyle F. Tripp; Founder & Principal
An engineer by trade, Kyle is an accomplished System Designer and an Industry and Thought leader. He served as President of the IFDA New England chapter in 2023 and is currently a Chapter Advisor ont he Board of Directors. Fueled by technical expertise salved with an active creative side, Kyle turned the Collaborative Integration dream into reality with a supportive local and global community. He has proven the adage “Be the change you want to see in the world”.
A student of Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), he is passionate in the mind/body connection and believes we are all capable of conquering our fears, anxieties and trauma to achieve any goals. Fit Mental health is the 🔑 to collaboration.
Kyle is a mixing & recording engineer and completed a 14 song concept album with his musical partner in 2025. He loves photography (see photos on this website), Hi-Fi audio, and problem-solving. Kyle began his interest in major projects at 18 upon completion of his Eagle Scout award and has been creating award winning work since.
Clive Pickering
An accomplished musician, dual citizen, and sparkling water enthusiast, Clive brings a 25 years of knowledge and experience to every job and an exuberance for the next technological advancements. When he’s not working, he’s spending time with his children, traveling with his wife, or in front of the DJ controls at “Club Clive”, his house professional audio system.
Eric Martel
Eric brings a warm, friendly vibe to home technology, making complex systems easy to understand. Behind his easygoing approach is a deep-level troubleshooter who can solve even the trickiest smart home or AV glitches. Eric loves transforming spaces into seamless, high-performing entertainment hubs while keeping the entire process completely stress-free. He has a lovely wife at home, 4 growing children and loves to record and mix music in his home studio.
Claude Goncalves
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Claude brings a deep, lifelong passion for technology that began with car audio and has evolved into high-end home electronics. Driven by a mindset that values real solutions and proactive change, he thrives in Collaborative Integration's organized, well-planned environment. When he isn't seamlessly installing smart home technology, you can find him practicing Kung-Fu and Qi-Gong or spending time with his pets.
Kate Conboy
As the Marketing Liaison, Kate connects the internal team with our external crew. She combines creativity with a detail-oriented approach to create engaging communications that connect people and ideas. Before transitioning into marketing, she worked as a casino dealer, an experience that sharpened her ability to think quickly, communicate effectively, and stay focused under pressure. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and discovering new places, which inspires fresh perspectives both personally and professionally.
Benji
Benji is the Collaborative Integration mascot. While he doesn’t visit job sites, he is always in our hearts and minds.
Born July 26, 2020 in Windham County, Connecticut, he is a Toy Shitzu-Poodle mix (aka ShihPoo). He is hypoallergenic and loves people, but not fond of many other dogs - though he has befriended a Persian cat, Joey. He’s sweet to those he loves, in his own way.
