NEW CONSTRUCTION
Whether you have experience with technology or need advice, we work as part of your building team to execute a plan we create together.
We begin with a face-to-face meeting to better know each other and walk through a variety of Disciplines to narrow down your desires and needs.
CI builds you a proposal based on those conversations customized with your building plans complete with options. With revisions we land on a final plan.
Once the proposal is accepted, we begin the documentation process and create Structured Wiring plans, etc. These are submitted to the building team.
We work with many Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers and are familiar with their processes. Chances are, they know our company and process as well.
RENOVATION
Whether you have chosen a Building team or not, we are happy to work with you as early in the process as possible. This gives us enough time to work through a Scope of Work customized to your desires and needs.
We begin with a face-to-face meeting to better know each other and walk through a variety of Disciplines to narrow down your desires and needs. You give us a tour of your house and existing technology, and we consider what you like and dislike.
We come back with a proposal based on the above conversations and review it together to achieve a solid workable plan. If revisions are required, we complete those.
Once a contract is complete, we gather the necessary documentation and schedule the project phases.
Have a team? We work with them.
Need a team? We can make introductions or coordinate on your behalf.
EXISTING HOME / TAKEOVER
Similar to Renovation work, we begin with a face-to-face meeting at the house to review your existing equipment.
Have a beeping black rack of equipment in your basement? Loads of blinking lights and fans spinning with hot air being pushed out? We will run a full analysis of existing equipment, both exposed and unseen.
Bought a house with Keypads, Control Touchpanels, Intercoms, Audio systems and/or Video Displays all over? We know these systems and work with all major brands. We can help test what you have and give a full analysis of our results. We consider fixes if zones are not functional, upgrade paths, and new additions to meet your desires.
